· Accommodation will be provided from 1800 hrs on 22nd of September, 2011 onwards. You will be required to vacate the room before 1900 hrs on 25th September, 2011.

· Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis.

· You are expected to carry your respective college identity cards, Confirmation of Accommodation Mail which will be verified at the Accommodation Desk. Accommodation will not be provided if the team fails to produce any of the above mentioned.

· Random checks would be made to avoid any illegal stay at the campus. Any team failing to produce their receipts of Accommodation would be heavily fined and disqualified.

· Technozion 2011 and NITW will not be responsible for any personal mishaps that occur through the duration of stay for Technozion 2011.

· Students who are getting laptops for workshops have to be careful enough to protect their belongings.
